Rafael Verde is the founder and Managing Attorney of Verde Law, a Miami-based firm representing immigrant families nationwide and injured clients across Florida. He built the firm around a single conviction: the people who need the law most, families facing deportation and families rebuilding after an accident, deserve representation that is both excellent and humane. Born in Cuba and raised in Miami , Mr. Verde grew up between two languages and two systems, watching families navigate American courts and agencies in a language that was not their own. That experience became the foundation of his practice: the belief that no family should face the most important legal fight of their lives without an advocate who understands both where they come from and what they are up against.

Immigration attorney born in Pinar del Río, Cuba, who came to the United States with his family at a young age, an experience that gives him a personal understanding of the challenges immigrant families face. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. He handles every case with careful legal detail and a clear, well-reasoned strategy.
Represents injured people across South Florida in auto accident, slip and fall, and other negligence cases. She brings seven years of hands-on personal injury experience to every file, starting long before law school, when she worked as a Pre-Litigation Senior Case Manager and Team Lead. That foundation gave her a working knowledge of injury mechanisms, treatment patterns, and insurance coverage issues that most attorneys don't develop until years into practice.
Represents immigrant families in removal defense, asylum, bond hearings, and family petitions. Builds the case behind every filing and prepares each client for what is coming: the questions, the process, and the stakes, so no one walks into a hearing unprepared. Most clients meet her on one of the hardest days of their lives; her job is to make sure they never face what follows alone or uninformed. Explains every step in plain language, in English or Spanish.
